Good first step would be to go to counseling and to start solving problems that have created anxiety and PTSD. What can the bipolar approach to help some and not in some areas, but it's true Bi Polar is a chemical imbalance in the brain.

Post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety respond well to treatment, then I go in that direction. Hypnotherapy can also be very useful for the management of anxiety. Commonly prescribed drugs are benzodiazepans, work, but also highly addictive. You can also prescribe SSRIs for PTSD and antipsychotics for sleeping. All of these drugs have unexpected side-effects show, and work no better than placebo. If you can, I avoid everything. Peter Breggin has written several books tell the written psychiatric drugs, Mad in America Robert Whittaker is also a good overview.
ReplyDeleteI have chronic post-traumatic anxiety and has been on psychiatric medication for more than 7 years. I recently received from them and feel much better without them. In some cases, you can increase anxiety, which are required to return. However, it is still difficult, and there are times in which weakens my fear, but my therapist has helped me learn to manage it effectively. When searching for a therapist, studies show that the most important factor that you feel that your therapist is understanding and warm. So do not be a particular style (trying CBT is not what) the painting, but a therapist who feels a connection and can not be wrong here. Seriously, I know its hard but try to stay away from drugs, if possible. You can holistic means if you try Rescue Remedy has gained a reputation of fear. Neb --
I have anxiety disorder and I'm on a mood stabilizer. can be used for bi-polar, ABILIFY or written ambilify. There is a mood stabilizer and it works for everyone, I have (talking, I was in a psychiatric hospital for a few weeks to attempt suicide, so that everyone Ive met whos not lol), such as anxiety, on the Lexapro. Be careful when you are on Zoloft, worsen your symptoms. This can be with medication for depression or anxiety, but I heard very few good things about Zoloft and symptoms, which made me worse.
